If the function succeeds, t is returned.
If the function fails, nil is returned.

The glfwInit function initializes GLFW. No other GLFW functions may be used before this function
has been called.

Notes
This function may take several seconds to complete on some systems, while on other systems it may
take only a fraction of a second to complete.
